Order Inquiries

For all inquiries immediately pertaining to the order you have placed, please contact us using our contact form, be sure to include order details in the Message area. All non-order related inquiries please direct to info@bluedotsound.com.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.  Any order placed after 12 p.m. (MST) on Fridays will not be processed until the following business day.

If the following business day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following day.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases must be returned within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Please email sales@bluedotsound.com to discuss how to return the product.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.

If you wish to return your item please send back to the address it was shipped from. Include a note stating what your reason for return is. Once we receive your unused item, BlueDotSound will issue a credit refund.  The shipping cost will not be refunded.  All returns must be returned using a traceable method of delivery.

Shipping

All items are subject shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.
BlueDotSound does not ship outside of the United States.

Tracking information will be automatically sent to your provided email address once your order has shipped.  All orders ship USPS ground and normally arrive within 1-10 business days.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship out of the country, to PO Box addresses, or to APO addresses from our online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Types of Payment and Transactions

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as terms of payment.  Declined transactions may appear as a charge on your credit card, but these are just pending authorizations to hold charges and they should fall within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Even if the transaction is declined, due to AVS Mismatch, the authorization code will be on the purchasing card until the card issuing bank removes it.
